PRE SALE FAQs

When will I receive my ticket link? - Your pre-sale link and unique code will be emailed to you on Tuesday 13th February, before 2pm.

When do pre-sale tickets go on sale? - Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Wednesday 14th February 10am.

I’ve already ordered 'MILLENNIALS' or a bundle, will I have access to the pre-sale? - Yes, you will automatically get your pre-sale link and unique code sent to the email address used to place your order.

What email address will you send my link to? - Your link and unique code will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please check your junk folder. 

When does access to the pre-sale end? - All orders and sign ups before 11.59pm GMT on 11th February will receive access.

Terms and Conditions

- Access to any ticket presale does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully purchase a ticket. 

- One pre-sale code per customer, each code is limited to two tickets, subject to availability. No purchase necessary. See sign up above.

- Unique codes sent out on Tuesday 13th February will work on any of the concert dates, listed below, but each code is only valid once for a maximum of 2 tickets in 1 transaction.

- If a customer uses their code for just 1 ticket, it won’t work again.

- Concert tickets are subject to age restrictions for 14+ only (under 16s with an adult over 18)

- The band do not accept liability for any technology issues preventing customers from receiving their email containing their pre-sale code or gaining access to the ticketing website.

- For any issues purchasing tickets please contact the relevant ticket provider. 

- You must be 18 years or older to purchase pre-sale tickets from the ticket provider.

- The pre-sale element has no cash value and are non-transferable.

- These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
